Devon Children's Service journey towards restorative practice becoming our way of being. Developing excellent practice with relationships at the heart.
“Why didn’t anyone ask me?”
Everyone was talking about me.
They had meetings, made decisions, shared opinions.
The one who talked the most had only met me twice.
And me?
I was the only one not allowed to speak.

Incredible energy at today’s Restorative Practice workshop Multi-agency teams came together to turn theory into practice — led by values, skills & outcomes that matter to our children

“Get here now!!!”
A perpetrator shouted it in a re-enactment. The room went silent. You could hear a pin drop..even the quietest fly. That’s how powerful today’s Domestic Abuse Conference was. Hard stories. Real lives. Impossibleto ignore.
