Get ready, Chicago! National Rebuilding Day is this Saturday. That means 1,500 volunteers from over 100 sponsors and community partners will be improving the homes and lives of 60 residents in Englewood and Park Forest. #rtmetrochicago #NRD2024

Our team is out this morning with Local 10 carpenters in Blue Island to make some home repairs and modifications for senior homeowners...we call it Second Saturdays. Thanks so much to the #Local10 volunteers and @MidAmCarpenters for their continued partnership!

WARM THE METRO!
In partnership with the Sheet Metal Workers' LU 73 and SMACNA Greater Chicago we offer free furnace and boiler tune-ups for our neighbors in the winter months. Because of this partnership we were able to help 50 homeowners this winter!

Last week more than 20 carpenters from #Local10 teamed up w/ #RebuildingTogether to help make repairs at the Ada S. McKinley Adult Care Community Center in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood. The volunteers built walls, benches for their garden area & repaired doors. #unioncarpenters
