The Angels have signed RHP Ryan Tepera to a 2-year deal worth $14MM. Tepera, has played in 7 seasons with the Toronto Blue Jays (2015-2019), Chicago Cubs (2020-2021), and Chicago White Sox (2021). He appeared in 65 games last year and had a 2.79 ERA over 61.1 innings.

We want a system where threshold and penalties don’t function as caps, allows younger players to realize more of their market value, makes service time manipulation a thing of the past, and eliminate tanking as a winning strategy.
