One of our members @jpgdom went on a little research trip for @CougarDao yesterday!
Visited their Cochise, AZ parcel that they purchased from @fabricaland. They are now working to develop the site as a recreational piece.

Setting up a limited liability legal entity (for business or anything else) should be $25 and a quick identity check. Taxation should be pass-through. There should be $0 franchise tax. Additional requirements could apply as size and industry require.
Closing the entity should be just as easy. Liabilities could pass to the owners personally if not addressed before closure.
If it’s harder to set up an entity than it is to set up a social media profile, we are doing capitalism wrong.
