Recent reports show the situation in Texas youth prisons has reached a full-blown crisis. Kids are living in dangerous and inhumane conditions–trapped in their cells for up to 23 hours a day, using the bathroom in water bottles, and nearly half of them on suicide alert.

Seems like City Council is patting themselves on the back for ignoring public comment and also ignoring the proposal suggested by a group appointed to come with the CRB. This CRB is co-opted & is a mistake. I regret ever having supported one.
