Update: @NSF is making a decision now whether or not to collect LGBTQ data on the US STEM workforce. After years of delays, it completed a pilot with n=7,800. There weren’t any issues. The scientific community can’t improve a problem it refuses to measure.nature.com/articles/d41586-0…
