People call the way I eat extreme. One guy even told me I have an eating disorder.
This weekend I stood in a field in Somerset with hundreds of people who eat exactly the same way. Clear eyes. Strong bodies. No medications.
It does not look extreme to me. It looks like health.
I am usually the one in the room with the uncomfortable opinion. The one who questions the guidelines. The one whose patients get better doing the opposite of what they were told.
This weekend I was just one of the crowd. And it felt extraordinary.
People who reversed conditions their doctors told them were permanent. People who stopped the medications they were told they would need forever. People who simply got tired of feeling terrible and decided to do something about it.
I spent two days listening to people who say out loud what most of their profession will not. An honest conversation about what actually works.
And I finally got to meet the fantasric Robert Kiltz, MD
Have you ever been told the way you eat is extreme?
Had a fabulous day at the Metabolic Meat Up π€ I actually met people from instagram, that Iβve known for a few years. Great speakers and a hog roast with giant lamb and beef burgers β€οΈ Iβm absolutely exhausted now though!
Might look a bit puffy π€·π»ββοΈ but I literally just jumped out of bed! The sun is shining and I have an exciting day ahead π€
