Bengal govt has passed a new rule. All cows should have a birth certificates. Up to the time they are 14 years old, they will be called GOW MATA. Thereafter what will they be called, they have not specified. I suppose GOW DADI would be most appropriate.

People have approached SC against new EC appointment Law which removed CJI as one of the selectors & put Govt appointee. But with CJIs like DYC or Surya Kant, does it make any difference whether they are there or Amit Shah is there? MODI get his choice. CJI will twiddle thumbs.
