The @ForWomenScot Supreme Court judgment applies to all parts of the United Kingdom.
John Swinney can't simply pick and choose which parts of the EHRC's guidance he likes and believes should be applied to Scotland.
At the same time, he must rule out resurrecting Nicola Sturgeon’s dangerous Gender Recognition Reform Bill.
Women and girls deserve better than this rotten SNP Government.
