As part of my being better at helping people in fandom, I have a suggestion. Especially when aA03 goes down. First, download your fics. Second, get calibre. It's a library program. Once you install the plugin that can download from fiction archives,

it will save your actual ebooks as well. I can put them on other tablets or anything else I want. Personally, I have over 8000 fic, maybe more. It makes book covers for your fic, organizes series.It helps you find fic by keywords.

I was taught by Elders when I blundered first as a reader then as a writer. I was coached gently into improving my art but I believe I have failed to do the same. I'm sorry.

I have been a poor Fandom Oldster. I have not passed down the Sacred Texts. If you have been in Fandom as writer or reader since prior to 2000, you likely know what I mean.

Someone didn't like what I had to say about inherent bias in literature. And they proved me right by taking biased stance towards my statements in which I said older literature can be problematic. They mentioned racism & misogyny, but that's

Elon is very busy pushing this idiocy on my timeline. I have heard more orange stain liars and so-called truthers and out and out racism in the past 2 days that I have in 4 years. My fingers getting tired of block but I ain't going to let them poison my timeline like this.

Right now, every single school district in my state is closed except the one I work for. 66 counties closed. I'm on my way to work. Well I guess you can say the School Board really cares about the education of the kids even if the buses blow away

So today is going to be interesting day at work. We have no internet. Someone cut the court by accident. And the district in their infinite wisdom decided that we can no longer house local copies of our cashier or registration systems.

So, I spent the 4th like usual. Watching the local 🎇🎆, for the 3rd year , my dog loved them. He seriously is fascinated by them on the ground & ignored them in the air. He gets CARSICK but loves 🎆🎇. He's not deaf cause he can hear the 🧀 open on the other side of the house
