@JioCare My JioFiber hasn’t worked since 5 June (SR00002DU3MQ). Engineer didn’t visit, now rescheduled for 10 June! He also asked ₹500 for wire change even though it was Jio’s fault.

@reliancejio@JioCare On 28.05.2025, finally received a mail from Jio stating ‘Unfortunately we were unable to service your JioFiber request. Initial payment, if made, for any JioFiber booking, will be refunded back to the original payment mode.’
