Why is nobody talking about this random judge in Texas who literally made a judgement to repel the preventative screenings under the ACA (Affordable Care Act)? I have tried to read countless articles and to do my due diligence to know what this means.

I just do not have words for the nationwide implication of what this means. If you think it’s just, because you don’t agree with some kind of preventative measure that it will not affect you in the end is delusional. It puts all preventative screenings at risk.

Currently under ACA insurance companies are required to give the screenings under no cost sharing and that includes private insurance companies. This may not affect you currently, but it will affect you next insurance enrollment. #ACA #iteffectsEVERYONE #healthcare4all #insanity
