"Designers are cooked because of AI."
No, we're getting smarter.
I don't have a business background.
A few years ago, looking at revenue, analytics, conversion rates, and expenses felt overwhelming to me.
Over the past few weeks, I've been pulling data from Analytics, DataFast, PostHog, Polar, and our expenses, then feeding everything into Claude Code.
Now I can quickly see which channels bring in the most revenue.
I can see where people drop off.
I can see what's slowing down growth.
Before AI, I would have spent hours jumping between dashboards and spreadsheets trying to make sense of it all.
Now I connect the MCPs, ask Claude to analyze the data, and get a summary with an action plan.
The data was always there.
I just didn't know how to turn it into useful insights.
AI didn't replace my thinking.
It helped me make better decisions.
What a year to be alive.
