I analyzed more than 10000 substack newsletters and all the issues they published in January.
Here is an interesting fact:
The overall average issue count per newsletter is 6.01, while the average issue count of newsletters with a sponsor is 2.33.
What's the takeaway here?

Why ? 1) With 30h/w of work, I feel like any competition could overtake me in a month...
2) I do not have time for this
3) My customers are not on Twitter anyways. So no short term upside of doing so.
