The Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Piotrków Trybunalski is currently handling my paternity case. As a supervisory authority, it ranks higher than the local District Prosecutor’s offices in Radomsko and Piotrków Trybunalski. It is the appropriate body for my local jurisdiction to handle this matter because it involves a foreign element. Unlike the local office in Radomsko, the Regional Prosecutor's Office employs specialized prosecutors with extensive experience in international legal proceedings within its 4th Department (Organizational and Judicial), which includes the Court Proceedings Division.My case is specifically being handled by the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Piotrków Trybunalski, which is the superior authority to the local District Prosecutor’s office in Radomsko.I am expecting a response next week regarding the next steps in the proceedings and the potential referral of the lawsuit to the local District Court in Radomsko.
