Every time I see a blue tick account posting AI slop, instead of telling them it's AI, I simply go on to block them. Same for abusive accounts. There's very little use telling them it's AI. They know it very well and are only going to use more AI slop for payout in the future.
See the perils of AI fakes and misinformation. We must be on the watch always. No such thing happened.

I'm that old that seeing this hammering of Curacao is reminding me of Germany's similar performance against Saudi Arabia in 2002. 8-0. Was the first World Cup match that I saw and seeing Klose score that hat-trick made me a fan of his. Still remember his somersault celebration!

Really looking forward to the Women's T20 World Cup. Just hoping that South Africa doesn't suffer yet another final heartbreak this time. On paper, it's such a strong unit. Plus, Kapp and Ismail back together! This is gonna be fun!

Dare I say that Williamson was bit of a Rahul Dravid of his generation. Not only a brilliant cricketer on the field but someone universally respected for the way he conducted himself. Of course, enjoyed a great captaincy record as well. Hope cricket finds more Williamsons.
One of our greatest ever, signing off. Kane Williamson has announced his retirement from international cricket effective immediately. Head to nzc.nz/news to read more.

The only reason this excites me is because Root currently has 27 wins and 26 losses as England Test captain. There's a chance that it can become 27-27. Will go past Azhar's strange record (?) of 14-14 if that happens. Fleming had 28-27.
BREAKING: Joe Root has been named England's interim captain for the second Test against New Zealand at The Oval 🫑 Root led England as Test captain 64 times between 2017 and 2022, and will lead his country again with Ben Stokes under investigation for a breach of team protocols

Just watched a reel of Stanley Kubrick's grandson talking about how difficult it has been to live in the shadow of his grandfather all his life. As if that wasn't enough, the fellow is named Jack Hobbs. Wonder if he knows he shares his name with a man who scored 199 FC 100s!

True. Just blue ticks everywhere doing the worst kind of rage bait things.
The decline of twitter is really sad. The reach is dead , I don’t think anyone joins twitter anymore to make conversations . It’s just about either - 1) Monetization. 2) Start up bros . 3) Gym bros . 4) IT cell hate mongers . At one point of time for few years it was truly the digital town center where people congregated to talk , kill time without any agenda .

Also, a famous pub quiz question - Who failed his fitness Test that resulted in Lara being brought on as the overseas player for Warwickshire in 1994?

KL Rahul's last three tons have all been scores of exact 100s. Vs England at Lord's, vs West Indies in Ahmedabad and now vs Afghanistan in New Chandigarh.

The 2016 conversation with Virat that AB de Villiers closes his autobiography with, makes for an interesting read in 2026.

It's been so frustrating nowadays to buy things from @amazonIN . Ordered a book. The entire day yesterday it showed it was going to be delivered. At night it was marked delivered but nothing had arrived. On the app when I mentioned this, it said it would arrive today. Nothing yet
