ALRC report recommends “Justice System Navigators”. They said these navigators have been recommended in other Aus jurisdictions including the ACT - well I made that ACT recommendation and I sure as hell didn’t recommend a disempowered compass for survivors.

ALRC report to be released today. There is a long history of recommendations sitting on shelves, collecting dust. This is where the rubber hits the road. We need action and recognition of the trauma caused by the system and by the constant inquiries re-describing the same problem
