Is there any accountability left @JioCare @reliancejio? Was promised resolution in 48 hrs but itโs been 12 days of no service despite full payment.

Last month too, the service was down for 12 days with no rent rebate (18th April- 1st May). This is very disappointing. Can someone please resolve this issue or help me discontinue the service? Get my security deposit? @JioCare
