If you’re hiring a composer, this is absolutely ‘normal’. If you want to know why, have a look at the cost (for example) at merely one of the top-quality sample libraries you’ll need us to own in order to create the music for your project. Plus computer, speakers, food etc etc

Having issues with Logic Pro. Considering switching…
I collaborate with another composer. We both have the same Mac Studio - M1 Ultra 128GB RAM, same version plugins, same libraries installed. However when working on a shared project there’s performance/compatibility issues.

Is there a better DAW for remote collaboration work? Or am I missing something in Logic that would improve compatibility.
Basically I just want to be able to send/receiver and work in a single, shared Logic project.

Blown away by this @Line6 Helix LT! DI into the PA at rehearsal and it sounds just like my valve amp rig all the additional bits you get bundled in - like an extremely convincing acoustic sim!

Additional shout out to @gatorcases - got stuck in heavy downpour on the way back from rehearsal but the case I bought for the Helix kept it bone dry.
