It’s just really funny how each season the Phillies enter the deadline with a massive need for a RH bat, an outfielder, and bullpen help, and Dave hasn’t been held accountable.

The Philadelphia Phillies have to have the worst player development system in all of baseball.
I have no clue what the organization has been doing for the last 15 years, but it's ridiculous they have legitimately no one that is remotely close to being a major league player
