Thank you @MbuleloKoko! Every child fighting a life threatening illness deserves to have their dream furfiled. We operate in all corners of South Africa. 6 dreams a day, 365 days a year for the past 36 years.

I’ve called @ReachForADream for 2 kids before and they answered the dreams. They reached our hospital which was in the deep rurals of the Free State and they made these kids who had very difficult diagnoses smile.
