The curious case of Al-Khubz Al-hafi: Written in Arabic, it was translated and published in English by Paul Bowles in 1973. Seven years later, it was translated in French by Tahar Ben Jelloun. The Arabic text was published in 1982 and banned until 2000. readingintranslation.com/202…
