Bought some tires this morning and mentioned how $$ they were. The reply was that he hoped prices would go down now. I suggested that the tariffs on his Chinese made tires would probably make them much more expensive. I don’t think he had thought about that.

Make that a 5.1, which is two times bigger! Sixth magnitude 5 quake in <5 years. In 1980 the natural frequency for a 5.5 was calculated as 1 in 100 years. (Even then they suspected that most of the area quakes were induced)
