If a team outsources most non-core capabilities to best-in-class tools and focuses only on its core business, the need for highly specialized talent often decreases. Those tools already embed years of expertise and industry best practices—it's almost like hiring the collective knowledge of many top professionals.

Claude Fable 5 made this entire video by itself. I gave it a /goal prompt, went to the gym, and came back to this. Even the sound effects. Shoutout @HyperFrames_

For the past few decades, software has been the primary engine of business innovation. Companies that could build faster won. Platforms like Microsoft enabled organizations to create software, while Google enabled them to access information. But in the AI era, building is rapidly becoming commoditized. Code, agents, workflows, and even entire products can increasingly be generated at near-zero marginal cost. We believe the next great bottleneck is no longer software creation—it is organizational learning. Every product, strategy, and business decision begins as a hypothesis. The companies that win will be those that can generate better hypotheses, validate them faster, and continuously convert uncertainty into evidence. At FeatBit, our long-term vision is simple: Hypothesis is all you need. We are building the infrastructure that helps organizations transform hypotheses into experiments, experiments into evidence, and evidence into better decisions. In the AI era, learning speed will become the ultimate competitive advantage.

AI coding absolutely needs heavy human review. The number of testing blind spots is insane. AI keeps generating edge cases and bugs that no human would reasonably expect—counterintuitive, illogical, and sometimes downright absurd.

Is Google Search's AI Mode getting worse? Too often it surfaces outdated references and abandoned articles instead of fresh, relevant information. At the same time, newer and better tools remain invisible because search fails to expose them when users are actively looking for solutions. #Google #GoogleSearch #GoogleSearchAIMode

It seems nobody cares about agents anymore. What people actually care about is whether AI can meaningfully improve quality of life. I use Codex, Claude Code, and Copilot every day. They make me and my team faster, but we're still the ones figuring out what customers need and delivering it. So far, I haven't seen much evidence that AI has improved life quality for the average person. Most of the gains seem to be productivity gains for people already doing the work.

I enjoyed @Microsoft Build. Next stop, I will continue to learn how Azure, GitHub, Microsoft IQ, Fabric, Foundry, Windows, Microsoft Security, and Microsoft 365 operate as a connected AI ecosystem for deploying agents at enterprise scale. It's going to be an interesting summer as I apply what I am learning at work on an enterprise level.

A quick task with Codex and Aspire. After merging the latest changes from main, the login flow stopped working. Codex used Aspire to investigate the issue, trace the root cause, and implement the fix automatically. Here's the recording. @aspiredotdev #Codex

Yeah, I switched to Claude code and Codex 100
After one day of unchanged use, it seems the new pricing model of @github Copilot in @code results in a 8-10x increase in costs. Are you serious?

I've just integrated Aspire into our main project using Aspire Agent Skill. Looking forward to using it for debugging, troubleshooting, and monitoring in our next major release.

What's better than writing a book about GC? Writing a GC! I am excited to share that I've joined Microsoft as Principal Software Engineer, to work on the evolution of the .NET Garbage Collector and in general the future of the .NET runtime. Stay tuned for much more! After my two-year detour into agentic AI, and my deep .NET background, I find it a perfect match for today's evolution of .NET and serving heavy AI workloads. The intersection of AI with low-level programming and hardware-aware algorithms is a great place to be. Not to mention AI-assisted work and engineering is already deep in my heart. #dotnet 💜

My workflow is becoming: Typeless → Codex → anything I need the computer to do I speak. Codex handles the operation. Code, docs, terminals, dashboards, browsers, databases, SaaS backends, cloud consoles — increasingly, they're all just execution targets. The biggest remaining bottleneck isn't intelligence. It's desktop control. I still have to manually switch windows, focus apps, and move context between tools. Humans are becoming the window manager for AI. Windows should become AI-native. The agent should operate the computer. @Microsoft @Windows @OpenAI @OpenAICodexCli

Sneak peak of what's coming with @aspiredotdev 13.4: aspire logs and aspire otel just got a major upgrade. Server-side search across logs and traces. No more client-side grep over a wall of output. Massively token-efficient for coding agents. #aspiredev

Can’t live without frontier coding agents anymore.
Me: My agent found the root cause. Team: That sounds too crazy, your agent is drunk. Fix appears from team hours later. Me: The agent was right!
