The Green Bay buoy is in the water! In central Green Bay, 20 miles west of Sturgeon Bay, GB17 will record real-time weather, wave, and water quality data, webcam photos. Once an onboard power issue is sorted out, live data and images will be available: seagull.glos.org/data-consol…

@mtu_glrc has three full size buoys on Lake Superior in 2026, providing a wide array of parameters, including some novel water chemistry and quality measurements, and giving a better understanding of what happens out on the biggest of the big lakes.
