We rebuilt Europe. We fund NATO. We drive nearly half of global pharmaceutical research.
Yet Americans pay more for medicines while Germany and the EU push policies that let them pay less and benefit from innovation funded by U.S. taxpayers.
Alliances are supposed to work both ways. The freeloading needs to end.

Germany has become a deadbeat country. They don't pay for their share of NATO expenses, they don't pay for the R&D on the pharma drugs that the USA develops ... then they insult the USA when we demand that they pay up.
Instead of doing the right thing, Germany's leaders shut down all of their nuclear power plants and sanction energy from Russia. Then they wonder why all of their manufacturing companies start closing and leaving for the USA.
The "leaders" of Germany like Angela Merkel and Friedrich Merz are idiots.
