Trust creates synergy. When teams operate from a foundation of trust, they stay aligned, move with purpose, think with greater clarity. Every team member contributes to the whole, helping keep the mission on course. Trust unites teams, and that unity makes synergy possible.

3️⃣𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Teams join forces when they share ownership. When team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, give feedback, & share accountability, they don’t just become invested in the mission. They become invested in one another, too. 🧵(4/5)

Valid correction in words to my prior post.
Replying to @RealMalachowski
It’s an allergy to the alpha galactose 1,3 carb molecule, not the protein in mammalian meat.

Ticks carry a lot more than Lyme. Alpha-GAL syndrome, triggered by the bite of a Lone Star tick, causes an allergy to mammalian proteins (found in everything from red meat to medications to personal beauty products). It’s spreading so fast in some areas that restaurants are adapting their menus! This should catch your attention. Prevent the bite. #TicksSuck
Here's something you don't see every day: Restaurants on Martha's Vineyard are adapting menus, cookware, and kitchen practices to better accommodate people living with alpha-gal syndrome. Some chefs are even marking menus "AGF." vineyardgazette.com/news/202… #alphagal

Life is a collection of challenges & changes. From combat flying to Thunderbird demos to fighting tickborne illness, I’ve learned the mission doesn’t pause because of fear & neither should you. You don’t have to feel ready--just overcome inertia. Move with purpose to lead well.

Being all in is the difference between clocking in & being dedicated. It’s asking “What more can I do to contribute to our success?” instead of “Did I finish the checklist?” It’s showing up authentically--a mindset that applies on flight decks & in boardrooms. Are you ALL IN?

👉Your wingman doesn’t need you to be perfect. They need you to be 𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙀𝙉𝙏 & reliable. 🤝Connection is mission-critical--it fuels elite teams. Forging intentional relationships is the key to unity. Show up. Be 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙄𝙉. ⭐Perfection isn’t the mission. Presence is.

“Don’t bring me problems. Bring me solutions.” I’ve heard these words many times from well-meaning leaders. But here’s the thing: it’s actually bad advice disguised as strong leadership. Here's what I mean... 🧵(1/4)

When leaders cut off the conversation before individual team members can contribute to finding solutions, people shut down. That stalls progress. If leaders want their teams to perform at the highest level, they must be willing to engage with problems team members share. 🧵(3/4)

What teams need to hear instead? “Bring me your problems, so we can find solutions together.” How do you respond when your team brings you a problem that they haven’t yet solved? 🧵(4/4)
