Holyrood is a Parliament whose powers are devolved from Westminster and can be amended or even withdrawn by the UK Parliament. If the SNP continue to act irresponsibly and illegally on financial matters then that is something that should be considered.

π΄ No comment on my questions re: substance of meeting or who exactly was involved β but in response to @PGourtsoyannis report of delayed declaration of the Global Counsel meeting with Douglas Alexander, a DBT spox tells me the error was made βby officialsβ:
βThe Department takes its transparency responsibilities seriously. An administrative error by officials was corrected in March 2026 as soon as it became apparent. This meeting was facilitated through official channels, was attended by officials and minuted by officials.β

The terrible events faced by the Tamil people in Sri Lanka is only outweighed by their determination to continue to pursue justice.
