Wholesome ramble: Being able to hop into my discord VC almost every night to hang out with assorted goofballs, weirdos, and other such creatures has kept me sane (enough) this year. They stream TV/movies, they become friends, they meet up with each other IRL - and they STILL choose to show up in MY community, even when the content spigot's run dry! Seriously: form a community that you genuinely enjoy, that doesn't mind just chilling out at the end of the day, that doesn't make you nervous or uncomfortable. Sure, you might sacrifice some of the "mystique" of being an aloof, sexy VA/vtuber or whatever, and you might have to navigate the uncertainties of interpersonal relationships, but those little weirdos in your computer can genuinely keep you sane when the going gets rough and you're feeling alone.
