This is also the first time I've ever written any x86 assembly (there are 2 different versions of the MSU-1 register R/W handler functions in assembly and C).
It's not much, but I'm really proud of what I've done (and also somewhat disturbed).

SUPER ZSNES v0.201b is out! Basically a hot fix release: Here's what's new:
- MSU1 emulation now works without the manifest file
- Fixes to MSU1 status values (Thanks to Sunlit assistance!)
- Fix for SPC cycle timing (fixes very occasional crash in Chrono Trigger)
- Added error checking for ROM loading/ZIP unpacking with proper error messages
I found a disassembly of X (the Game Boy game that later led to Star Fox) on GitHub and (un)surprisingly, the shape format is very close to the one used in Star Fox! So I went and converted them into a format usable with the tools I put together for Star Fox.
User @UnhealthyGrapej managed to get Half-Life (on Xash3D engine), to run on the Nintendo64! Watch it on the video below!
