A Georgia man is facing aggravated assault charges after authorities say he racially targeted a Black family gathering, returned wearing body armor, and opened fire with an AR-15-style rifle.
Family members say the suspect drove by yelling racial slurs before leaving the area. According to witnesses, he later came back armed and allegedly began shooting toward the gathering, where children and elderly family members were present. A Marine veteran attending the reunion returned fire, striking the suspect.
The family is calling for hate crime charges, while authorities say additional charges are expected.

So the thing that never made sense to me is why the lead surgeon (Dr Little) refused to testify under oath to the alleged surgery that he allegedly did. Idc what anyone says this is the strangest case and none of the “facts” add up or make any damn sense. #FreeTory

When asked if Dr. Haruno performed surgery on her, Megan answered: “Is this the doctor that performed the surgery on me? No.” She was asked if she was familiar with him, she said: “No.” And further went on to say she did not remember all the names, but stated Dr. Little was the one that operated on her. She also confirmed what Prosecutor Alex Bott asked Dr.Haruno, saying: “That Alex asked the doctor if he removed the bullet fragments from my feet, he said yes.”
Dr. Haruno was used as the only key medical witness in the criminal trial, testifying under oath that he was the one who removed those missing “metallic fragments”, and his testimony was used to, in my opinion, railroad Tory Lanez. Yet according to Megan’s own words, she does not know who Haruno is, he never operated on her, and Dr. Little was her actual surgeon.
We have long questioned Dr. Little’s exact role, as well as the multiple medical reports under different doctors with conflicting details. Neither Megan nor her lawyers have ever properly addressed or explained these differences. For years now, so-called court reporters, her legal team, and biased media outlets have pushed the same line to the public…that “the surgeon testified, so you just have to accept it and believe it.”
But her own statements directly conflict with the account relied upon to spin that narrative to the jury. If she does not know Haruno and says he never treated her, how can his testimony be trusted?
Milagro had every right to question this ever-changing story… and we all do!!! The truth is right there in front of everyone’s faces.

Facts because …
Kyle traveled to a protest with a rifle, murdered people who were trying to disarm him after he had already shot someone and ran.
Chow shot a kid in his back who was running from him and he pursued him and his life was not in immediate danger.
George Zimmerman saw a kid who he deemed as “suspicious” and dispatch told him NOT to pursue. He pursued anyways and got into a fight and was losing the fight so he shoots Trayvon.
All of these individuals were in control of their own destiny in each situation yet was able to claim self defense. Karmelo on the other hand wasn’t bothering anyone by sitting under a tent avoiding the rain. The Metcalf Twins and crew had no business or authority to try and remove anyone from said tent. They provoked the situation. Karmelo responded and did what he felt was the right thing to do at the time. What makes what Karmelo did not self defense and the others were ?

#StefonDiggs has been ordered by a federal judge to provide more detailed answers in the sexual assault lawsuit filed against him.
According to court documents, the judge ruled that Diggs’ response describing his relationship with accuser Christopher Blake Griffith as merely an “acquaintance” was not enough and ordered him to give a complete and non-evasive explanation of how they knew each other.
The judge also ordered Diggs to provide more information about his interactions with Griffith in May 2023 and identify who was present at his Maryland residence.
Griffith alleges Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him before later orchestrating an attack against him. Diggs has denied all allegations and filed a defamation lawsuit, claiming Griffith fabricated the accusations.
Diggs has 14 days to comply with the court’s order or potentially face sanctions.
