The Philadelphia Police have released images and a video of the suspects in the fatal robbery shooting of Penn State senior Billy Schmidt. They are also offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. Billy was just steps away from his home when he was killed during a robbery for his cellphone by two suspects.
