Yeah, payouts are processed every 24 hours at midnight. The system reads all the daily quests completed throughout the day, checks the 24h top power leaderboard, then sends out the rewards in one batch. This is the fairest way because everyone gets the same full daily window to compete, quest, climb the leaderboard, and earn before rewards are paid out.
