When he retired after 37 years in the United States Army, Tony Ierardi wasn’t sure what to do next. As Tony considered his options, he spoke to several people who shared strong views about the importance of technology in defense. “The notion of being involved in a company that was engaged with defense and national security, in an area that was driven by tech, with a group of incredibly talented people from a really different place than I had been in for my whole professional life appealed to me,” he says. Just a few months after he retired in 2019, he joined Rebellion Defense.  “I don’t know that I’ve necessarily achieved all that I need to achieve for this company to be successful,” Tony says. “But I’m going to keep trying. Every morning I’ll come to HQ and do the best I can to drive things forward and make the best decisions possible to help the company succeed.” Get to know Tony in our latest blog post: medium.com/@rebelliondefense… #RebellionDefense #DefenseStartup #NationalSecurity #SoftwareDefinedDefense #DefenseTech
