RHP Mavrick Rizy, now in the transfer portal, has joined @BrewsterCaps. While with Louisiana State this spring, Rizy made 20 appearances out of the bullpen, struck out 28, walked 19, had a 4.22 ERA and 1.73 WHIP over 21.1 innings. He pitched in 4 games for the 'Caps last summer.

A lot of these pitchers will be MUCH better next year as well. Guys like Maverick Rizy is very close to being insane. Paz, Theophilus, I’d imagine Cooper Williams comes back, plus whoever they add. It’s going to be scary.
