40 years of supporting Spurs. Expect plenty of high quality Spurs nonsense. (on Bluesky too).

5 or 6 new additions and our #Spurs team looks to have a strong starting 11 and a fairly decent support cast (even the likes of Gray and Bergvall are third choice). A couple of them are free too, so the overall spend might be affordable. Thoughts on this side next season? #THFC

“…rebuild a team from this night. From tomorrow. Not from 10 days” I can feel an obsessive love coming on strong.

This was the nadir. The lowest point. Absolutely the worst season of my nearly 50 years of supporting this club. There’s a clear path to now move forwards. The alarms clearer than ever before. Sell the dross, back De Zerbi. Spend big this summer and the only way is up #COYS #THFC

Reasons to be hopeful: ✅ It’s not over ✅ A Maddison winner feels inevitable, manifest it folks, manifest it ✅ Solanke might return to help our desperate attack ✅ We have definitely improved under DZ ✅ Everton are on poor form ✅ Home advantage ✅ Our crowd will be febrile

Reasons I’m sh!tting myself… ❌ We don’t win at home ❌ Forward line blunt ❌ Maddison’s 2nd game in a week will reduce his impact ❌ Everton outside chance of Europe ❌ If we concede the home crowd will spread tension ❌ West Ham will be bang up for it #THFC #COYS #Spurs

One thing for sure; for absolute, 100%, nailed-on, no-fucking-doubts-whatsoever, sure sure sure - is that #Spurs will never, ever, get a dominant, cruise-to-a-clean 3-0 win when we need it do we? 🤦🏻‍♂️ #CHETOT #THFC #COYS

For Spurs to go down. All now must be true. - Chelsea, who haven't won in 5, win - Everton, who haven't won in 5, win - Leeds, who haven't lost in 5, lose. A single point for Spurs or dropped by West Ham. And we're safe.

Gave my lounge a little redecoration in readiness for the weekend. 👍🏻

Some positives… Everton have won only 1 from 8, could be out of the running to finish in the top 6 and on the beach by the time we play them. Chelsea will be in a similar position when we play them although they will have played a demanding, tiring FA Cup final 3 days prior.

We all know the real reason behind #Tottenham’s turn around… #NoCoincidence #COYS #THFC

When you look at where our direct relegation competitors are placed in these two tables, it seems as though absolutely everything is stacked against #Spurs right now 😩 Injury table and form table. 👇🏻 #THFC

Is it possible that the single biggest move our club has made in its history, building a game-changing stadium in order to break through the glass ceiling and enter the upper echelons of football, turns out to be the thing that’s broken our team and relegated #Spurs?🤷🏻‍♂️😩 #THFC

If Maddison scores a last minute free kick winner for #Spurs against Chelsea, to keep us up, I swear I’ll spontaneously combust. I am ready for and manifesting this Maddison saviour story arc. 🎯 #THFC #COYS
"I feel James Maddison may have to play a role in terms of keeping Tottenham up. He is the only one I can think of in terms of doing something special. He's got that quality I mention in terms of Jarrod Bowen and Morgan Gibbs-White." - Jamie Carragher #THFC #COYS #SPURS #TOTTENHAM

List of serious knee injuries #Spurs have suffered in last 3 seasons… Maddison Xavi Oberbert Dragusin Bentancur Perisic Romero Kulusevski UEFA claim that the average for a club to miss a player with a long term knee injury is 0.5 per season. We have EIGHT.

I believe young players will stay. The better senior players can’t afford to waste a season in the Championship, but the younger ones can be held on to. As a side note, our seriously injured players can’t be sold, so Kulu, Madders, Odobert, Xavi etc will rip up the Championship
Pete O’Rourke told Football Insider: “They really wouldn’t want to see Bergvall move to some of their rivals in Chelsea or Aston Villa. “If they do suffer relegation, it’s going to be a real battle to keep hold of some of their best players, and Bergvall, I’m sure, will attract a lot of interest. “But I think right now he’s under a long-term contract and it does seem Bergvall is happy at Tottenham and will be happy to stay if they do secure Premier League survival.” #THFC #COYS #SPURS #TOTTENHAM

You could argue that’s 6 starting attackers on that list and almost all our creative players. This is, I believe, the biggest reason we have struggled all year. It’s unprecedented and any club would struggle with this many injury problems. #THFC #COYS

CONSIDER THIS: With 5 games left to play and 2 points behind safety, if we were 2nd and challenging for the title with a 2 point gap, or challenging for a Champions League position with a 2 point deficit, you’d definitely still remain optimistic. #THFC #WOLTOT
