It's Nutrition & Hydration Week @NHWeek, celebrating the health and wellbeing benefits of food and drink!
Research suggests that when alcohol dominates someoneās life, this can negatively impact their relationship with food.
Our Feeding Recovery project with @WeAreBarod @TheNelsonTrust, funded by @WelshGovernment, looks to change that by highlighting the value of food-based activities in alcohol support services.
Today we publish a Handbook on the ingredients that make these activities a success when supporting those experiencing alcohol harm in their recovery.
