All of this blather about NCAA Legislation. It's a waste of time. 1) I warned you that if the NCAA didn't fix themselves two years ago that the government would inject itself. 2) Politicians who have no idea how to run a business are now trying to dictate terms of a business, which is not their place. 3) Proposed legislation means nothing until it's passed. 4) Even if any of it is passed much of it will be challenged in the courts. 5) Keep politicians OUT of college sports. Politicians only care about a policy if they can benefit from it politically or financially.....much like lawyers. Lawyers and politicians only cared about college athletes after they realized they could make money off of them. 6) NCAA is running to government because they NCAA leadership is incompetent, created this problem themselves by allowing it to get to this point, and now they want big daddy government to fix it for them.

How to kill a franchise Step 1) Dismiss the fan base that made your franchise famous and label them “40 and 50 year olds”. Step 2) Ignore 40 years of extended universe amazing stories and pillage bits from each only to use them poorly. Step 3) Create a Star Wars Theme Park Land that looks nothing like anything generations have seen in Star Wars and try to pass it off as “The future” Step 4) Make a sequel trilogy to the greatest franchise ever but virtually ignore the iconic characters they anchor the franchise…then kill them all off….without reuniting them all on the screen even once. Step 5) Make weak streaming shows that further destroy the legacy of the franchise. Step 6) Inject identity politics into every facet of your new products until the fans start to tire of the political preachiness. Step 7) Blame the fans and call them racist or misogynist. Step 8) Make your first movie back in theaters in 6 years just a shorter season 4 of a show that you killed in Season 3.
