We hereby like to inform that due to the new implementation of TRAI effective from 08th March 2021 for the SMS template restriction there are SMS delivery issues across all mobile networks
We can expect SMS delivery issues until this is stabilized.

We wud like to mention that as part of Govt of India regulations, RedCarpet & it's NBFC - Redux Credit will periodically update KYC data on CERSAI.

This is as per regulations and perfectly normal. If you check your CKYC data, you will see query updates from Redux Credit Finance or our partner NBFC.
Accurate update of CERSAI kyc data will help avoid any fraud in your name.
