And you keep going.” Trevor Moawad, Getting to Neutral This was absolutely an incredible week working with groups across the country. I felt so incredibly welcomed and appreciated. Last week, was tough. Traveling was getting to me and I felt frustrated. Instead of focusing on how I felt last week, I tried to appreciate today and what was in front of me. And with that mindset, it was an incredible week and I’m grateful to all those that went out of their way to make me feel appreciated. 3 More Things I Learned This Week 1. The best leaders are constant learners and willing to change their approach based on those they served. 2. Stories can be the fuel for innovation. Even if a new approach is better, if people do not a feel an emotional connection to changing, it won’t happen. The best stories can inspire others to new and better opportunities. 3. If you do not believe in your idea, why would anyone else? If you put in the work, have faith you will achieve your goals with patience and persistence. What did you learn this week?
