This is exactly what we're building at AFC. So, the goal was never just to create pipeline for VCs and angels. we're creating career flow too.
PANGEA '26, our global hackathon, is designed as a catalyst on multiple fronts... sponsors get a direct recruitment pipeline from a pre-vetted, high-signal talent pool, and participants get real placement opportunities, not just prize money only.
Post-hackathon, we're bringing mentors in to upskill Africans continent-wide, not just within our community, across AI, vibe coding, prompt engineering, cybersecurity, etc, skills that are actually moving the job market right now you know.
I'm of the view that the funded startup ecosystem has a responsibility to feed back into the talent pipeline that will sustain it.

Is there a way for all these funded companies can create a career pipeline for newly grads and self taught people? Equipping current generation with work class skills will help to eradicate poverty and unemployment in Africa

my mission and mandate is to get as many African founders funded before the end of November 2026.
for the last two months, i've been working alongside Launch Africa Ventures x Botswana Tech Fund as a preferred ecosystem partner, connecting founders to real capital.
