***Update*** The forward rate of spread of the fire in San Timoteo Canyon has been stopped. No damage to any structures. Units will be on scene for the next several hours, to ensure all hot spots have been extinguished.

RFD units are on scene of a working structure fire in the 1200 Block of E. Lugonia. Crews encountered a Kitchen fire in a second floor apartment. Crews were able to rescue two cats from the fire. #allrisk

**ALERT** Southern California Edison has issued a Public Safety Power Shut-Off (PSPS) Alert due to the forecasted weather which will bring elevated fire danger to the city of Redlands and surrounding communities. The PSPS may occur anytime in the next 24-hour period.

Earlier this evening RFD responded to a vacant structure fire @ Alabama Street & Orange Avenue. Crews made an aggressive attack and brought the blaze under control within 20 minutes. No civilians or firefighters were injured. The fire is currently under investigation.
