I literally do not go anywhere where there are vendors because our variety is not passive. Getting down to Blue Lagoon is like you have to go through a gauntlet of ppl begging you (so I no longer go).
I went. Heres what I found.. the main issue is not access, rather access and a clear pathway for local stakeholders to use the lagoon for commercial activity despite them working with the government to be licensed, trained and organized to do so

Adding a tip on the card seems like a scam in Jamaica. The percentage is calculated on the total and not on the subtotal BEFORE GCT and before whatever arbitrary service charge is already being added.
Or am I wrong? Anybody know for sure?

why is @1spotmedia streaming quality so poor? Buffering constantly, even highest quality is not all that great.

Got back light about 0230 or so... but what is curious is that literally from the rain started to fall last night, the power started to flicker, and continued to do so for at least an hour or more before it shut off. That doesn't seem like a single catastrophic failure event.

Despite paying @DIGICELJamaica (for years) for HBO w/ included @hbomax access, I've never got it to work.
Followed all the instructions, signed up w/ the same email as my Digicel Play account - get this no matter what on computer, phone, tv, etc.:

Hmm. PSG couldn't score against ARS in open play. Corner kick at the end of half should have been allowed. Ref was questionable.
At the same time, ARS def dropped into fully defensive mode in between their first goal and the second half subs.
I hate penalties though.
