Your overly aggressive proxy detection software is going to cost you a paying customer. And no, rebooting my network hardware to play IP address roulette is NOT a solution.

Wait, this has been happening to people for two years? Why are you doing this? I started using Netflix back when you mailed DVDs and have been a fan... up until the point you made your technology failings my problem. It's honestly really sad.
