Tens of thousands of people are denied support because the Government simply hasn't made enough funding available. This is a Government that has spent billions on a failing test and trace.

I’m expecting a divide and rule tactic. He’s already decided to ignore the 3 million #excluded but they keep coming back and embarrassing him. He won’t want to pay out for all, so he’ll pay enough people that the movement will quieten down, but not all. That’ll be his plan.
