Humans have yet to find a way to slow down time. However, when we engage in activities that cultivate being present, the perceived passage of time has a way of decelerating tremendously.
When the rustling of the wind causes the trees dangling leaves to move ever so gently. And you feel like they’re quietly saying hi to you. Yeah, that’s living life.
Floating is not just something that adults do. Our youth can benefit greatly from a float. Children are very observant, retain so much information and they also have stress. If we can instill that in them in such a young age there are truly no limits to where they can go. 🦋🌤
Take time to ground yourself each day. Just doing this can go so far into appreciating what others may not. Towards looking at things in a positive light when others may not. And most importantly to live the most meaningful existence that you possibly can.
