Rehab Associates Physical Therapist Tammy Redman has Kennedy performing a hip mobility exercise. This helps to keep symmetrical motion through both hips to prevent problems that can arise in the spine and sacroiliac joints. Kennedy had a fall that caused a concussion & back pain.

Alyssa had a Pars Fracture also known as spondylosis or pars defect. It is a stress fracture in the pars interarticularis, a small bone segment that connects the upper and lower parts of the vertebra in the spine. She had stiffness in her back and right hamstring. PT works!
