"We note with great concern a post about disconnected electricity in one of our offices. City of Tshwane is in possession of our official dispute regarding incorrect billing and our energy teams have been in consistent engagement on the issue of incorrect billing.
The City of Tshwane agreed to undertake an audit, which they are yet to do. It is therefore surprising that this action has been taken, despite assurances that electricity would not be switched off until the dispute is resolved.
