2. Not sure why this isn’t done for every flight. It’s beyond frustrating to see people put a fucking jacket or a small ass bag overhead that can easily go under the seat. That shit is outlined everywhere and people have gotten so entitled that nobody ever says anything about it

@Delta y’all really dropped the ball on my international trip. Never in my life have I had to check in at the gate for boarding passes because I’m unable to check in via phone. EVER.
Now currently in Bogota and can’t check in to my flight here via kiosk for whatever reason. SMH

The first plane ride, don’t even get me started on that. Thank goodness my layovers are long so I can stand in line and get help, but very unnecessary. I’ve never had this issue with any other airline traveling abroad.
