gonna try to hit 20k steps today but idk if i’ll hit since i usually do my walks outside but it’s raining all day SO i gotta do the walking pad (i hate the walking pad, so mind numbingly boring for me. Time goes by so slow istg)
i binged BAD today so im putting myself on blast and naming everything i binged on to shame myself for being a fat piggy:
2 tacos, 2 burritos, 2 pepsis, 10 bone in wings, potato wedges, celery/carrots, ranch, 10 spicy nuggies with bbq, corn bread, and chocolate cake! w 900 steps
i’m ashamed but also genuinely exhausted atp. I’ve been so tired of walking/exercising. Might also have to do with work since it’s been so rough lately. I think i’m so stressed out about everything lately BUT Tomorrow we do better!!

Horrible day at work so i treated myself to breakfast! Gonna fast tomorrow and eat some yummy maintenance food on Saturday or Sunday

Tomorrow is a maintenance day!! So excited!! I’m really hoping i don’t somehow gain today, i’m really hoping to wake up 127. 128 is killing meee
what’s worse than being exhausted and not being able to sleep?? also being constipated!! I ate a fiber one bar and drinking a lot of water, hopefully it’ll help
i lied no fasting today. My work had me try the snore trap and it’s really good but omg it’s so many cals!! I got a small thing of it but it’s made with vanilla sweet cream, Caramel, mocha, crunch toppings, whipped cream, like so many cals. Imma estimate like 300 to be safe
got a tub of ice cream a few days ago cause i was crashing out but now idk what to do with it. Like i don’t wanna eat it since i don’t want the cals but i also don’t wanna waste it
